We work directly with hand-picked manufacturers and group our orders into batches so that we can offer you high end design without the high street mark up. So when the timer hits O, it means that we’ve collected all of the orders and sent them off to one of our furniture makers.
Don’t worry if you missed out this time - the timer will just reset and you’ll be able to get in on the next batch. And although we do adjust our prices over time, it’s unlikely to change when the timer resets.
Sometimes a product may be out of stock but don't panic, keep checking back and it should be available again. If a product has been discontinued, you should see the "vote to bring this back" button, if a product secures enough votes, we'll put it into production again, and let everyone that voted know once it does.
Designers upload their designs on to the TalentLAB platform and every two months, MADE will curate a small collection of these and upload them on to the TalentLAB website. Customers can then pledge a small, refundable deposit for the designs that are their favourite, with the most popular designs then getting put into production and launched on MADE.com.
